Sean Trapani
Professor. Author. Branding consultant.
Sean Trapani is a professor of advertising at the Savannah College of Art and Design, and coauthor of their master of the arts degree in advertising copywriting.

He has spoken to community groups on issues of branding and not-for-profit marketing, and has authored a book on advertising strategy entitled "Nets, Locks & Erasers:  the only three thing people ever really buy."

Before moving to Savannah, Trapani was a creative director and senior copywriter for agencies such as TMP Worldwide, Erwin Penland Hill Holliday, LewisGroup and The Smith Agency. There he developed advertising, publicity and branding strategies for companies such as Verizon Wireless, Monster.com and dozens of other household names.

He is a national award-winning writer with ADDYs and Telly awards to his name. He is a graduate of the Florida State University, where he studied philosophy and literature. He has served on boards of directors for the Interfaith Council and America's Promise, the Alliance for Youth.
